Dynasty Event, LLC is a New York City based full service convention/congress, meeting and destination planner management company. Its management brings over 20 years of experience servicing exclusively to pharmaceutical companies organizing their attendance at international medical conventions.





DESTINATION MANAGEMENT
We have over two decades of experience servicing our pharmaceutical clients in securing hotels reservations, booking restaurants, organizing reliable ground transfers from airports to hotels and to any locations required by our clients at any of the convention site taken place.


EVENT MANAGEMENT
Clients have each their own unique requirements for events. Accordingly Dynasty Event service each client to create a customized solution suitable to their own budget levels and specific needs. We count with qualified creative sources experts in stage production, hi-tech audio & visual special effects, including event theme production that can meet our client’s spending event budget. This includes servicing our pharmaceutical clients in venue selection, security, food and alcohol beverages, and logistics with reliable ground transportation. We execute event production with full attention with on-site management to details and efficiency.
